What constitutes the “space between” and how can we perceive it?

Artist Michal Škoda has long been dedicated to the focused exploration of space, its structures, hidden layers and subtle energies that shape our perception. His work is based on disciplined reduction and the search for the essential.

In the exhibition The Space Between, he will guide you through an installation where his architectural sculptures connect with the surrounding environment and create “the space between” – a theme that unfolds not only in the objects themselves, but also in their relationship to the place and the movement of the viewer.

The works are installed so that they can be perceived from all angles and experience an immersive atmosphere where individual fragments combine into a unified whole. For Michal Škoda, the space between is born in silence, concentration and strict order, but is fully revealed only through the movement of the viewer.
