“Every minute, every second, with each new brushstroke, each cast of a sculpture, or each rendering of a digital design, a new ‘point zero’ is created. It is the moment when the artist—and subsequently the viewer—observes the emerging work and senses that right now, in this completely present moment, something new begins, yet it feels so familiar. Each new ‘point zero’ is a process that demands courage and openness, but also respect for the milestones achieved by those who came before us. It is a genuine invitation and a true key to perceiving not only contemporary Czech visual art.”
