We are looking for a Design Store Manager for our conceptual store with design products, who will combine the daily operation of a brick-and-mortar store with the development of our e-shop.

Job Responsibilities:

• Management of daily store operations (orders, display of goods, inventory)
• Collaboration with designers and suppliers, selection of new products
• Coordination of warehouse management across online/offline
• Collaboration on the implementation of an e-shop: product listing, logistics, user experience perspective
• Collaboration with marketing (events, newsletters, social networks)

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in retail, ideally in the design, interior or lifestyle product segment
• Experience with store operational management (orders, warehouse management)
• Orientation in an e-commerce environment – experience with the implementation or management of an e-shop is an advantage (e.g. Shoptet, Shopify, WooCommerce)
• Good organizational skills, systematic approach and ability to set priorities
• Independence, proactivity and ability to find effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills and professional behavior towards customers, colleagues and suppliers
• User knowledge of office and online tools (e.g. Excel, Google Workspace…)
• Knowledge of the English language
• We will appreciate experience in planning and organizing employee shifts
